One plan, everything included.

Who counts

Every person switched on under Organization in your company counts as one: the people who file expenses, approve them or run accounting. When someone leaves, switch them off; their lines and receipts stay. People added or switched off during a month are charged or credited by the day, on the next bill.

What's included

• Receipts by Telegram (photo or PDF) and on the web, read in any language and script
• Your own expense numbers and monthly report numbers
• Approval chains drawn on a board, approving from Telegram or the web
• Questions and comments on a line, answered in Telegram
• Every currency, with rates from public sources and manual rates for accounting
• Taxes per country with what can be recovered
• Excel, PDF packs with the receipts, and journal files in five formats
• The plain-language assistant, in the bot and on the web
• A bot in 13 languages, plus your own language packs
• Telegram or password sign-in with an optional authenticator app, automatic backups and a full change history

The free trial

A new company gets 14 days with everything switched on. When the trial is over nothing locks by itself: we tell your admins at least 3 days before Slopchest becomes read-only, so there's time to subscribe. Read-only means everything can still be seen and exported, and nothing new can be filed.

Paying

Your admin subscribes under Billing inside Slopchest. Payments go through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle charges the card or the other payment methods it offers in your country, adds the right tax and sends the invoice.

Changing or cancelling

Add or switch off people at any time; the difference is worked out by the day and shows on the next bill. Cancel whenever you like under Billing: you keep full use until the end of the month you've paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
