Refund policy

If Slopchest isn't right for your company, ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full.

The free trial

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so there's nothing to refund.

Refunds within 14 days

Write to contact@slopchest.co.uk, or answer the receipt Paddle sent you, within 14 days of the payment. The refund goes back to the way you paid, through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles refunds for all our orders.

After 14 days

We don't refund the rest of a month that has started, but you can cancel at any time under Billing and you won't be charged again. You keep full use until the end of the month you've paid for.

Adding and switching off people

People added during a month are charged by the day for the rest of it, and people switched off are credited by the day; both show on the next bill.

If we get it wrong

If we charge you by mistake, or suspend your company without a good reason, we refund what was wrongly charged or the unused part of the period.
